Loblolly.io was built inside Murphy Collective, out of the work we kept being handed: payroll in one system, benefits in another, filings in a drawer, and nobody able to say what was true.
Why the loblolly
The tree that puts down roots first.
The loblolly pine takes the ground nobody wanted — sandy, worn thin, picked over. It spends its early years underground putting down a taproot while everything around it races for height. Then it outlasts all of it.
That is the shape of this work. Foundation first, growth second, and enough patience to do the unglamorous part properly.
