The platform
One portal. The entire workday.
Payroll, tax, HR, benefits and leave usually live in four systems that disagree with each other. We put them in one place, on one employee record, with people accountable for the parts that matter.
What sits inside
Everything the workday needs.
Payroll
Multi-state pay runs, off-cycles, garnishments and pay history — processed on a schedule you can plan around.
Read moreTax filings
Federal, state and local registrations, deposits and returns tracked against their deadlines instead of your memory.
Read moreHR, benefits and leave
Employee records, onboarding, Ben for benefits administration, and a real leave of absence workflow.
Read moreCompliance
Notices, filings, classifications and documentation kept current, with a person accountable for each one.

The value is not another dashboard.
The value is that the same information stops being retyped into four places.
One employee record
Hire once. Pay, benefits, leave and filings all read from the same record, so a change in one place is a change everywhere.
One login
Administrators, managers and employees work in the same portal with the access appropriate to each.
One team behind it
Software where software helps, and experienced practitioners where judgement is required. You are not left alone with a help article.
Nothing quietly dropped
Deadlines, notices and open items stay visible until they are closed, not buried in an inbox.
State of the workday
See what is moving, without noise.
The portal surfaces the few things that need attention, not a dashboard of everything that ever happened.

One canopy. One record. One place to look.
How onboarding actually goes
From first call to first pay run.
Week 0 — Map the mess
We gather your current systems, jurisdictions, and the places where data disagrees.
Week 1 — Build the record
One employee record is assembled and reconciled against pay, benefits and filings.
Week 2 — Test the run
A parallel pay run shows where the gaps are before anything goes live.
Week 3 — First live run
Your first real pay run goes out, watched by a person who knows your account.
Questions
What teams ask before they start.
How long does implementation take?
Most clients are running their first live pay run within two to four weeks. Complex multi-state setups or historical cleanup can take longer; we will tell you plainly before we start.
Do we have to change payroll providers?
Not necessarily. We can run payroll inside Loblolly or clean up the record feeding your existing provider. The right path depends on where the breakage is.
Which states can you handle?
All U.S. states and territories. Multi-state is our background — registrations, withholding, leave rules and notices are tracked by jurisdiction.
Who actually does the work?
A named Loblolly practitioner owns your account, supported by the portal. You are not handed to a queue or a chatbot.
